This is a floating chat page. The Java chat client is embedded in the center frame with
the "wait" message and banners displayed in the top frame. At the bottom of this hosted chat room are some
extra features. When exiting chat, there is an "exit console" with banners and/or links. This auto
login passes the user profile data to the java chat client applet.
